The result: a graft made of dead skin cells stuck together and a talcum-cluttered pore exit (A) - the so-called blackhead appears either black (open comedon) or white (closed comedon) through the skin. Through the talcum cluttering, the widened talcum gland will contain a higher concentration of micro-organisms (B) which tear through the follicle wall (C) and create inflammatory skin appearances.
